Desktop Authority Spyware Detection Removal Option (SDR) gives administrators the ability to centrally secure and protect desktops across the enterprise against spyware infections. Coupled with Desktop Authority, this type of anti-spyware technology allows you to ease administration, easily detect outbreaks and achieve consistent results across all desktops.
-
Increase Security: Reduce security incidents and user downtime from spyware and adware infections
-
Report Now: Provide centralized reporting on spyware infections and removal
-
Threat Detection: Take full advantage of a threat detection community and be alerted when spyware or a potential outbreak is discovered.
-
Continuous Updates: Ensure security in the enterprise by giving administrators the ability to centrally secure and protect their network by distributing updates continuously on all desktops.
Desktop Authority’s Spyware Detection and Removal option uses the latest technology from an industry leader in anti-spyware software. This next-generation engine can detect thousands of threats, including the newer blended malware varieties. Destkop Authority customers can take full advantage of the work of a full research center, and a threat detection community of thousands of users that report the latest spyware threats as they appear. All of this research is represented in the daily signature updates provided to SDR option customers.
When SDR is used in combination with all of Desktop Authority’s other capabilities, administrators can secure their desktops against a wide range of attacks. Desktop Authority can implement desktop Security Policies, configure the Windows Firewall, lock down file and registry security and more, and the Patch Deployment for Desktops option gives enterprise-class protection against known OS and application threats.
Desktop Authority options add patch management, spyware removal or USB and Port Security functions to Desktop Authority for an additional cost. They must be used with the current release of Desktop Authority to receive full functionality and support.
