Can I use the BridgeTrak for Windows Evaluation Copy with a Shared Database?
Yes, you may use the BridgeTrak evaluation copy in a shared environment.
If I purchase BridgeTrak software after a product evaluation, can I save the information collected during the evaluation period?
Yes. You will need to make a copy of the database.
What Web Browsers do BridgeTrak Suite help desk software products interface with? Both applications optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5) and BridgeAccess is also optimized for Firefox. However, these software solutions are written in standard HTML code and may prove effective with browsers not yet tested.
What type of server will BridgeTrak for Windows help desk software run on?
The server that hosts the BridgeTrak for Windows database can be any platform that will support the database you choose.
Are your prices for BridgeTrak help desk software site licenses?
No. A BridgeTrak for Windows users license allows the software to be installed on one server (or PC acting as a server), at one physical location with an unlimited number of databases residing on the server. If you would like BridgeTrak for Windows on a second server, you will need two license keys. Contact our sales team for information on multiple license discounts (sales@dbl.co.uk).
Can I purchase both Web and Windows licenses? Do I get both license types automatically?
BridgeTrak's core tracking application is available in a Windows based version and a Web based version. You will receive BOTH Windows and Web licenses to BridgeTrak Suite for greater End User flexibility! Users can work in the environment (Web or Windows) that best meets their needs, or can switch between platforms as needed. For example, when you purchase a five user license, you will receive a license with 5 Windows licenses and 5 Web licenses. These 5 licenses (Web or Windows) are for the same user id's meaning 5 people can log on to BridgeTrak using either Web or Windows environments.
When considering licensing levels for BridgeTrak, are "Users" defined as Named Users or Concurrent Users?
BridgeTrak's licensing is set up for Named Users. Named User Licensing allows for agent accountability.

How are licenses delivered?
Once your order has been processed you will receive your license code or file by e-mail.
How can I add more licenses?
The process is the same for all products, contact DBL Software Limited to purchase more licenses. ScriptLogic can be reached at contact us page. When your order has been processed you will be provided with a new electronic license for the total quantity of licenses you purchased.
Do you offer any types of discounts?
Discounts are available for customers buying larger quantities of each product. Special pricing may be available, contact DBL Software Limited.
What about shrink-wrap product?
ScriptLogic does not sell any of its products with shrink-wrap packaging. All delivery of software and licenses is electronic.
Can ScriptLogic licenses be used worldwide?
No. ScriptLogic licenses by region. For example, if you acquired the licenses from the North America, you can only use those licenses in North America. The same concept applies for: (1) Europe, Middle East, and Africa, (2) Asia Pacific and (3) Latin America.
