Licensing

• Software and license keys reside on a separate Windows® based server. Does not require agents inside the Guest OS
  o Each physical CPU socket on ESX Host source requires 1 CPU License
  (quad CPU ESX Host requires 4 CPU licenses.), number of cores does not matter
• Support and Maintenance
  o Each license requires support/maintenance - included in costs 1 and 3 year options are available
  o Client is entitled to future upgrades and revisions of that SKU within given support period
  o End user is required to renew support after period has expired or they incur fees
  on a case by case basis
