Back in November 2018, Solarwinds aquired 8MAN (see details here)

As a result of this, all separate modules that were offered under the 8MAN label are now included in one product, Solarwinds ARM. Along with this comes a drastic reduction in price, making this a much more afirdable proposition for most organisations.
