licensing is per administrator (user of the product), no matter how many servers or workstations being managed.
Licenses are perpetual with anual maintenance renewal. New licenses include one year software maintenance and technical support. Software maintenance covers all new product versions. Renewal of software maintenance and technical support can be for one, two or three years.
